Commission of Sports Appeal and Refereeing 
 
Legal Nature:
Desentralized Body of Secretariat of Public Education (SEP)
 
Mission and Vision:
The main purpose of the Commission of Sports Appeal and Refereing is to know and resolve by Mediation and Refereeing disputes between athletes, coaches and managers with the faculty and organization that Law hereby enacts; endowed with full jurisdiction and autonomy to make their agreements, awards and decisions independent of the administrative authorities.
 
Composition:
A Plenary, which is comprised of a Chairman and four members  as well as by administrative units, necessary for the proper performance of their duties.
 
Attributions:

To know and resolve by appeal resource the impugnments promoted by any of the members of SINADE, against any acts, omissions, decisions, agreements or resolutions issued by the authorities, organizations and sporting bodies.

To act as conciliator or mediator arbitrator to settle disputes that arise or may arise as a result of the promotion, organization and development of sports, whether or not the parties are members of SINADE.

Grant temporary suspension and if necesary the final suspension, when the ends meet was granted.

Making the substitution in the deficiency of the complaint, when the petitioner is not authority, entity or sporting body.

Impose disciplinary measures and enforcement measures in cases of contempt.

Any other provision that Law establishes and other regulations.
